Kristin carries an Isaiah 61:1 anointing. She has learned how to overcome debilitating strongholds that came from years of sexual and mental abuse throughout her childhood. This includes learning the ability to break free from antagonizing mental and physical attacks as well as suicidal thoughts. She has overcome strongholds of rejection, abandonment, and low self-worth throughout her 18-year journey with Jesus.
She holds a BA in psychology, which sparked her journey to delve deeper into understanding how the mind works and recognizing the origins of behavioral patterns. As she journeyed through her healing process with the Lord, she began to experience the power that came from inner healing. Inner healing is facilitated with the help of the Holy Spirit, guiding us to dig deep into the depths of the heart where the mind does not want to go. These blocks within our minds can be due to fear and past trauma. Kristin helps people break through limiting belief systems and believe in all that God has created them to be!

She is also exceptionally skilled at assisting people to understand why their brains are wired the way they are and then guiding them in changing that trajectory to begin their journey to freedom.
